Zipsigner 2

 Is an app used to sign update.zip files, APK or JAR files, and other encrypted files using your own private keys or one of the four built-in certificates (media, platform, shared, testkey). It also automatically aligns zip files and lets you make keystores, keys, and self-signed certificates. Keystores for BKS and JKS are supported. The SHA1 key hash and MD5 and SHA1 fingerprints of a certificate can all be copied from the key properties screen.

It has been removed from Google Play.
