The second Huffman conflict took place twelve years ago. Since the end of the conflict, the impoverished People's Republic of Alordesh has experienced a sharp economic downturn. Ven Mackarge leads the Alordesh Army soldiers to revolt against the Oceania Cooperative Union in June of 2102 and declare their country's independence.

Alordesh is totally taken over by the Revolutionary Army, but Ash, an O.C.U. soldier, survives the ensuing combat. In an effort to get out of Alordesh, Ash and his surviving teammates penetrate the tumultuous underworld. However, they quickly learn that the coup was the result of a massive plot.

In FRONT MISSION 2, the viewpoint alternates between Ash, Lisa, and Thomas, resulting in a worldview that transcends a straightforward good/evil dichotomy.

The refined story, tactical turn-based combat, and Wanzer customization choices from the original are all retained in FRONT MISSION 2: Remake. Enjoy the rejuvenated classic with new features and updates, as well as improved graphics!
